Police confirm discovery of human bones on Rottnest Island during construction

Police confirmed on Thursday that human bones were discovered Wednesday on Rottnest Island during construction work near the Holy Trinity Church. The remains have been transported to Perth for further forensic analysis. In a separate incident, a 38-year-old international tourist is in critical condition following a serious bicycle crash on the island.
