Suspicious ‘inferno’ guts businesses in Melbourne’s west

Firefighters responded to a suspicious arson attack that gutted two businesses on Hudswood Road in Spotswood, Melbourne, early Tuesday morning. More than 50 firefighters with 14 appliances controlled the blaze by 4:45am after residents reported strange popping sounds around 2am.
