Woman, child injured during hours-long alleged attack in Queensland
A man has been arrested following an hours-long alleged assault on a woman and 12-year-old boy at a property in rural Tara, Queensland, on Wednesday. Police apprehended the 26-year-old Goranba resident at 3am Thursday in nearby bushland after he fled the scene. He faces multiple charges including torture and domestic violence offences and is due in Dalby Magistrates Court Thursday.
