New luxury apartment tower planned near future Olympic stadium
New luxury apartments are planned a stone’s throw from the future Olympic stadium site at Victoria Park. The 15-storey tower at 290 Water Street in Fortitude Valley will have 132 one-, two- and three-bedroom units. It would include a pool, spa, gym, sauna, infrared sauna, yoga area, outdoor barbeque area, private dining space and library.
