Children's Book Author Kouri Richins Gets Life in Prison for Poisoning Husband
Utah author Kouri Richins was sentenced to life without parole Wednesday after being convicted of murdering her husband Eric by poisoning his drink with five times the lethal dose of fentanyl in March 2022. She was also found guilty of attempted murder for a Valentine's Day fentanyl-laced sandwich attack and insurance fraud.
