David Roberts, ESPN’s Supervisor of News and Top Studio Shows, to Retire

David Roberts, ESPN's executive vice president overseeing "SportsCenter," "First Take" and other signature shows, will retire at the end of August after 22 years with the Disney sports network. Roberts, who joined ESPN in 2004, has overseen the company's news operations and helped launch shows including "NBA Today." ESPN has not named a replacement.
