Australian researchers urge kitchen plastic replacements due to microplastics in human tissues

Microplastics detected in human tissues are prompting Australian researchers to recommend replacing kitchen plastics. Dr Elvis Okoffo from the University of Queensland advises swapping plastic chopping boards, utensils and kettles for wood, metal or glass alternatives.
