Pair identified as mother faces court accused of murdering four-year-old
A 31-year-old mother has been charged with murder after her four-year-old daughter, Cleo Rose Catterall, was found dead at their Lowood home, 60 kilometres west of Brisbane, on Monday night. Jessie Renee Phillips appeared in court Tuesday and was remanded in custody until June 16. Police have not disclosed the cause of death and say investigations are ongoing.
