Tim Picton’s alleged ‘coward punch’ killer to fight manslaughter charge at trial
Brodie Dewar, 20, will contest a manslaughter charge related to the death of former Labor strategist Tim Picton in a trial set for later this year. Dewar, who pleaded not guilty, claimed he acted in defense of his cousin during the alleged incident outside Paramount nightclub in Perth on December 27. A memorial for Picton was held on January 23.
