Jane Palfreyman announced as SBS' new managing director
Jane Palfreyman was appointed SBS managing director on Tuesday for a five-year term, becoming the first woman to hold the role since the broadcaster's inception over 50 years ago. Palfreyman, who spent 14 of her 25-year media career at SBS, served as acting director since August. She replaces James Taylor, who departed after seven years to join oOh!media.
