Police launch suspicious death investigation after man heard shouting from Castle Hill
A man has died after being found critically injured outside a unit complex in Sydney’s north west overnight, with police treating the death as suspicious. Emergency services were called to Crane Road at Castle Hill at around 2.40am on Sunday after reports a man had been heard shouting from a balcony.
