Twelve-year-old dies after jacuzzi filter accident at Italian hotel
Matteo Brandimarti, 12, died after his leg was sucked into a jacuzzi filter at an Italian hotel on April 5. He remained underwater for five minutes before staff released him; he was pronounced brain dead four days later at the hospital. His organs were donated to six children.
