WA half-back Jaxon Artemis snapped up by Essendon in AFL’s mid-season draft
Essendon selected Western Australian half-back Jaxon Artemis with the No. 1 pick in Tuesday's AFL mid-season draft. The 19-year-old, who played for Tasmania's VFL team, was overlooked in the previous two national drafts.
