Pride pleased to have focused Clipperton back for familiar target
Trainer Joe Pride reunites jockey Sam Clipperton with Kerguelen in Saturday's Takeover Target Stakes at Gosford, seeking his sixth win in the race. Clipperton, six months into his comeback from retirement, has ridden 19 winners including six for Pride. The pair previously won the race with Think About It, who later captured the Stradbroke Handicap and Everest before his death.
