Community 'disappointed' by Sheraton high-rise approval
Planning and Environment Court approved a reduced Sheraton resort at Hervey Bay, Queensland on Friday after 19 months of mediation. The developer lowered residential tower height to 16 storeys and hotel tower to 12 storeys from original 18 storeys, and reduced exterior lighting to protect endangered sea turtles.
