Cuba runs out of diesel and fuel oil, faces critical blackouts
Cuba's energy minister said Wednesday the island has completely run out of diesel and fuel oil, with rolling blackouts hitting up to 22 hours daily in Havana. Minister Vicente de la O Levy said the national grid is in a "critical" state as the US blockade prevents fuel imports from Mexico and Venezuela.
