Liberal Party hires pollster for Farrer byelection as candidate trails badly
The Liberal Party hired pollster Michael Horner for the May 9 Farrer byelection, but confidence is low in Coalition circles. Candidate Raissa Butkowski is polling in the low teens while One Nation's David Farley leads, with independent Michelle Milthorpe also competitive. Horner is currently in Japan cycling the Shimanami Kaido route days before polling.
