German producer launches film deal with Diogenes to adapt dozen literary works
German producer Martin Moszkowicz has partnered with Philipp Keel, owner of independent publisher Diogenes, to adapt works from its catalog into films and series. The Diogenes library includes authors behind "Ripley," "Carol," "Perfume" and "The Reader." Moszkowicz said roughly a dozen properties are under negotiation, with the partnership leveraging Diogenes' extensive literary catalog and their combined industry contacts.
