Young child’s death near Brisbane being investigated as possible homicide
Police are investigating the death of a young child in Lowood, west of Brisbane, as a possible homicide. Emergency services found the child unresponsive at a home just after 11pm Monday. A 31-year-old woman known to the child is assisting detectives, and a crime scene has been established.
