Taser-death inquest told officers had 'plenty of time' to deal with 95yo
NSW Ambulance officers testified Thursday that emergency responders had "plenty of time" to safely handle 95-year-old Clare Nowland's dementia-related aggression before she was tasered in May 2023. Senior constable Kristian White deployed his taser within three minutes at her aged-care facility in Cooma. White was convicted of manslaughter in 2024 and sentenced to community service.
