"Street Outlaws" star Daddy Dave was arrested Wednesday in Upstate New York after police say he planted a GPS tracking device on someone's vehicle. Ring camera footage identified the street racer, whose real name is David Comstock, allegedly tampering with the car late Tuesday night.
