Ticketek reallocates front-row circus seats to back rows, resells as premium VIP
Ticketek customers report their front-row seats for Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular were reallocated to back rows months after purchase, then resold as premium VIP tickets at higher prices. Presale buyer David Lill said his Row AA seats were moved to Row E, forcing him to pay an extra $160 to reclaim premium positioning.
