No sign of larger hantavirus outbreak, says UN health agency
The World Health Organization said Tuesday there is "no sign" of a larger hantavirus outbreak following evacuation of passengers from the cruise ship MV Hondius. Seven cases have been confirmed, with three deaths reported. WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus warned the situation could change given the virus's long incubation period, with more cases possible in coming weeks.
