Dezi Freeman detectives set their sights on nightlife crime spree
Detectives who investigated Dezi Freeman's disappearance will now lead Operation Eclipse, hunting an Iraq-based crime syndicate behind a three-month Melbourne nightlife terror campaign. Police Chief Commissioner Mike Bush said 35 arrests and over 140 charges have been laid, with mostly young offenders recruited via encrypted messaging.
