Anna Kepner's Stepbrother Raped Her Before Cruise Ship Murder, Feds Say
Federal prosecutors confirmed that Anna Kepner's 16-year-old stepbrother raped and murdered her aboard a Carnival Cruise in November 2022. He has been indicted as an adult on charges of first-degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse, facing a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted.
