Lebanese journalist killed in Israeli attack had spoken of death threat
Lebanese journalist Amal Khalil was killed during an Israeli airstrike in al-Tiri on Wednesday, after previously reporting a death threat from an Israeli number. At least six hours passed before her body was recovered, as rescue efforts were hindered by Israeli forces. Khalil was the ninth journalist killed in Lebanon this year amid ongoing violence in the region.
