The long march to heal a nation continues, this time to Canberra
Indigenous leader Travis Lovett began a 29-day march on Sunday from Melbourne to Canberra to promote truth-telling about Australia's colonization. Over 1,100 participants registered for the trek, which will include significant stops and culminate at Parliament House on May 27. Lovett plans to deliver a letter to Prime Minister Anthony Albanese calling for national reconciliation.
