IAC rebrands as People Incorporated and lays off 77 staff members
IAC, founded by Barry Diller, will change its name to People Incorporated by August, aligning with its focus on publishing and MGM Resorts. The company plans to lay off 77 staffers, about 2% of its workforce, consolidating corporate functions to achieve $40 million in annual cost savings by 2027.
