The Australian Unity Office Fund sold a largely vacant office tower in Brisbane’s CBD for $40 million, less than half its 2014 sale price of $105.75 million. The conditional agreement awaits shareholder and government approval. Plans to convert the site into student accommodation were submitted to Brisbane City Council in 2024.
