Missing Perth swimmer presumed dead as authorities scale back search efforts
Western Australian authorities scaled back search efforts Thursday for a swimmer reported in distress off Perth's Trigg Beach on Tuesday, saying they have exhausted all opportunities. The unidentified man, believed in his 20s or 30s with brown hair, disappeared about 100 meters offshore.
