Gaza sisters win prize for turning rubble into reusable bricks
Two Palestinian sisters from Gaza won the Middle East regional Earth Prize for converting war rubble into reusable bricks. Farah and Tala Mousa, aged 15 and 17, received $12,500 to teach others their technique of crushing debris and mixing it with clay and ash.
