Bears table two-year deal for NSW Origin representative
Perth Bears tabled a two-year contract offer for Cronulla co-captain Cameron McInnes, an NSW Origin forward off contract at season's end. The 32-year-old hooker-turned-lock would join teammate Siosifa Talakai as the Bears' first two State of Origin signings ahead of their inaugural 2025 season. McInnes made 228 NRL appearances and set a tackle record of 78 against Penrith in 2023.
