Toyota and Lexus recall thousands of vehicles over software error
A recall has been issued for over 15,000 vehicles due to safety concerns over major software failures which may increase the risk of serious accidents . The defect was found in vehicles belonging to Toyota and its luxury vehicle division Lexus. It can cause cars to not show “critical safety information” to drivers.
