Perth’s alleged ‘Ponzi-style’ fraudster denies wrongdoing, heads to trial
Jack Endersby, a 27-year-old Perth man, pleaded not guilty on Friday to 22 counts of fraud connected to an alleged Ponzi scheme. He was arrested in 2023 after clients reported that their investments with his company, Codex Investments, were not returned. Endersby will return to court in July to set a trial.
