CFMEU delegates throw microwave, threaten contractors at Brisbane rail project
A Queensland inquiry heard Thursday that CFMEU union delegates threw a microwave, made threats, and weaponized safety complaints against contractors on Brisbane's Cross River Rail project. Contractors said 14 hand-picked union safety representatives disrupted non-union subcontractors and made violent threats, including showing weapons.
