Sexual misconduct now publicly listed on 100 health practitioners' records

Over 100 health practitioners in Australia have had findings of sexual misconduct added to their records, following new transparency reforms effective today. Of these, 21 remain active despite most having their registrations canceled. The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency aims to review over 5,000 misconduct cases to identify additional instances of sexual misconduct in the coming months.
