Two ‘ISIS brides’ charged with alleged slavery offences after returning to Melbourne
Two women aged 51 and 53 were arrested at Melbourne Airport Thursday after returning from Syria, charged with slavery offences including allegedly purchasing a female slave for $10,000 in 2014. Both face up to 25 years imprisonment if convicted. A third woman was arrested in Sydney on terrorism-related charges carrying a maximum 10-year sentence.
