Florida surgeon faces manslaughter charge after removing patient's liver instead of spleen
Florida surgeon Thomas Shaknovsky removed William Bryan's liver instead of his spleen during an August 2024 operation, resulting in the 70-year-old's death and a manslaughter charge against Shaknovsky, who has pleaded not guilty.
