Son charged with killing mother in north Queensland
A 34-year-old man has been charged with murdering his mother in Mareeba, Far North Queensland, on Thursday morning. Police found the woman dead at a Downs Street property and established a crime scene. The suspect is also charged with interfering with a body and violating a domestic violence order and is set to appear in court on Friday.
