Broncos chief says filling Victoria Park is Lions’ biggest challenge
Brisbane Broncos chief executive Dave Donaghy stated the Brisbane Lions' main challenge will be filling the new 63,000-seat stadium at Victoria Park, expected to open for the 2033 season. Donaghy emphasized that while Brisbane has fewer teams than Melbourne, the Lions must engage more fans to meet capacity demands. Their membership currently stands at 75,000.
