Former Espy owners list Fitzroy pub for $6-7 million auction
The former owners of the Espy are attempting to sell the Fitzroy pub for $6-7 million, down from $10 million in 2024. The five-level venue at 125-129 Brunswick Street is empty and comes with a 3am liquor license for 478 patrons. It is set to go to auction on May 28 through Stonebridge Property Group.
