Nexstar defends $6.2 billion Tegna acquisition against monopoly lawsuits
Nexstar CEO Perry Sook outlined the company's legal strategy Thursday to defend its $6.2 billion Tegna acquisition against lawsuits filed by DirecTV and 13 state attorneys general claiming monopoly violations.
