A Brisbane homeowner must remove a patio, cubby house and pool terrace built on his neighbour's land before he purchased the property in 2022 for $1.32 million. Gordon Wilkie's dispute with neighbours Charles and Sara Judd reached Queensland's Supreme Court over just 141 square metres valued at $10,500.
