Melbourne residents are kicking up a stink as their neighbourhood has been turned into a rubbish dumping ground, with mountains of junk piling up on the side of the road. Dumped beside a busy main road in Clayton South , piles of rubbish stretch at least 100m, creating an eyesore that has residents outraged.
