Telemundo announces new drama seasons and expands World Cup coverage plans
Telemundo announced new seasons of "La Reina del Sur" and "El Señor de los Cielos" for its 2026-27 lineup on May 11. The network plans over 700 hours of World Cup coverage from June 11-July 19 to capitalize on the tournament's U.S. broadcast. The Spanish-language network is also developing three new dramas including "Unidad de Vida" and "Uno Contra Todos.".
