Heartbreaking details emerge about Marine Rescue volunteers killed in Ballina bar tragedy
Two Marine Rescue NSW volunteers, William Ewen, 78, and Frank Petsch, 62, died Monday when their rescue vessel capsized near South Ballina while assisting a distressed yacht.
