Husband of woman allegedly murdered overseas accused of forging her death certificate
Awlad Hossain, husband of Australian woman Rehana Parvin whose body was found in Bangladesh in September 2024, has been charged with forging her death certificate to transfer three Queensland properties into his name. A Brisbane court heard the allegations Thursday, with his lawyer arguing the document was legitimate. The bail application was adjourned to June 11.
