This ancient palace hotel is not ancient at all
Bujera Fort, an upscale hotel in Udaipur, opened just a decade ago but resembles a 17th-century Mughal palace. Designed by Richard Hanlon, it features 14 unique guest rooms and a focus on organic cuisine sourced from local farms. Room rates start at INR25,000 ($380) a night, providing luxury amid the rustic charm of the surrounding village.
