Giant new dinosaur identified from fossils in Thailand
Scientists in Thailand identified a new giant long-necked dinosaur, Nagatitan chaiyaphumensis, from fossils discovered a decade ago in northeastern Thailand. The sauropod weighed 27 tonnes and measured 88 feet long, making it twice the size of a Tyrannosaurus rex and Southeast Asia's largest-ever dinosaur.
