New course helps teens navigate unique outback driving hazards
A new defensive driving course in Kalgoorlie aims to prepare teenagers for the hazards of outback driving. Seventeen-year-old Regan Wiese was among 30 participants learning vital skills to navigate country roads following 64 road fatalities in Western Australia this year. The state government is also reforming the licensing system to enhance driver safety.
